In fact he is an awful writer. I just finished reading “Point of Contact” and each page was almost the same as the preceding page. One thing that I would say is that Clancy almost always had us waiting for the last chapter. I had “Point of Contact” figured out after the first 3 chapters. Let Tom Clancy rest in peace.
