Fascinating the way the author went back to 1934 and told the story of Charles Swaggerchasing down the great bank robbers. I felt I was there reliving the great gun battles. This was the first Stephen Hunter book that I have read. A reader didn’t have to have read any of the previous Bob Lee Stagger books to jump right in and enjoy the story.
