On July 16th, Gabriel Allon, the wayward son of Israeli intelligence, is back in The New Girl, the latest must-read thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Daniel Silva.

Silva, who stunned readers and critics alike with last year’s The Other Woman, quite possibly the best spy novel ever written by someone not named le Carre, just announced the title of his highly-anticipated 19th Gabriel Allon novel via his official newsletter on Monday. On top of offering full plot details, the author also teased the return of several fan-favorite characters.

“I will also share,” wrote Silva in his announcement, “that along with Gabriel and his team, one of my favorite characters, Sarah Bancroft, is back, as well as Christopher Keller, Ari Shamron—and of course Chiara and the twins.”

In addition to that teaser, a secret source has informed me that the Russians are back in this book and that “one of the richest men in the world who recently acquired a priceless masterpiece, or perhaps a fake, is at the center of the adventure.”

Check out the full plot details below.
