Brad Thor Unveils The Cover Art For His 17th Scot Harvath Thriller, ‘Spymaster’

They say to never judge a book by its cover, but, hey, we all eat with our eyes first, right?

Lots of great books have terrible covers and vice versa. But in a marker oversaturated with hundreds of new books coming out each year, a great cover can catch readers’ eyes and make a real difference.

It’s only fitting, then, that the best thriller author in the genre right now also has the best covers. Brad Thor, ever since Full Black (2011), has consistently had some of the best-looking covers year in and year out. . . a streak that’ll continue in 2018 with Spymaster, his forthcoming new novel.

On Tuesday afternoon, Thor unveiled the cover via his official newsletter, giving his fans a first look at the striking artwork that is, frankly, one of the boldest and slickest covers I’ve ever seen.  Check it out below!

Spymaster

Spymaster is the 17th novel in Brad Thor’s #1 New York Times bestselling Scot Harvath series and is scheduled to come out on July 3, 2018. While we don’t know much about the plot—other than the fact that it follows 2017’s Use of Force and the title seems to point towards Harvath’s mentor, Reed Carlton–fans can pre-order Thor’s latest thriller here, or anywhere else books are sold.
