Jack Reacher is set to return for his 24th go-around in Blue Moon, the highly-anticipated next thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Lee Child.

Reacher, everyone’s favorite nomad, was last seen in Past Tense (2018), which came out last November and debuted on #1 on the Times list. One of Child’s best-reviewed books in years, the story followed Reacher as he began his migration South, planning a trip from Maine to California, before taking a detour in New England to explore the town where his father was raised—a place he’d never seen before—only to find all kinds of trouble waiting for him.

This year, Reacher will apparently come to the aid of an elderly couple before confronting “his most dangerous opponents yet.” While little else is known about the plot at this time, we do have our first look at the cover art, which is stunning.
