See The Cover Art For Anthony Horowitz’s Next James Bond Novel, ‘Forever and a Day’

On October 17th, Anthony Horowitz is taking fans of James Bond back to the beginning of 007’s illustrious career with Forever and a Day.

News broke back in February that Ian Fleming’s estate had commissioned bestselling novelist Anthony Horowitz, who previously penned the fan-favorite novel Trigger Mortis (2015), to go back and tell the story of Bond’s first mission. While we don’t know much about the plot yet, we do have a few details. See those, and the slick-looking cover art, below.

Forever and a day

A spy is dead. A legend is born.

The sea keeps its secrets. But not this time.

One body. Three bullets. 007 floats in the waters of Marseilles, killed by an unknown hand.

It’s time for a new agent to step up. Time for a new weapon in the war against organized crime.

It’s time for James Bond to earn his license to kill.

This is the story of the birth of a legend, in the brutal underworld of the French Riviera.

Fans anxious to get their hands on the next Bond thriller can pre-order Forever and a Day here, or anywhere else books are sold.
